**Your Responsibilities include**:
Your Challenge is to not only maintain our current growth but exceed it with constant improvements in the streamlining of production processes in pursuit of our world class goals as a company. You will have a good understanding of ERP software and systems, we will provide you with ongoing training so both you and the company can continue its never ending improvements.
- Stock Management
- Just in time delivery management
- Packing and shipping
- Receiving incoming goods
- Quality control outgoing goods
- System improvement processes

**Some of your abilities will include**:

- Strong understanding of lean Manufacturing principles
- Attention to detail
- Although its not imperative a **_strong background with an Electrical _**understanding will be helpful.
- I.T. literacy to deal with various technologies;
- **Attention to detail** to ensure high levels of quality;
- The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with your team, managers and clients;
- Strong negotiation skills for getting materials within budget and at the right time;
- The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines;
- Willingness to adapt to ongoing changes in the environment around you;
- The ability to work in a logical, systematic manner.
- You will be a task based person.
- You will have at least a 2 year history in a similar role or a manufacturing environment.
