Your Challenge is to not only maintain our current growth but exceed it with constant improvements in the streamlining of production processes in pursuit of our world class goals as a company. - The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with your team, managers and clients;
- Strong negotiation skills for getting materials within budget and at the right time;
- The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines;
- Willingness to adapt to ongoing changes in the environment around you;
- The ability to work in a logical, systematic manner.
- You will be a task based person.
- You will have at least a 2 year history in a similar role or a manufacturing environment.
