At
Omnia Wheel
, we design and manufacture omni-directional wheels that are helping shape the future of robotics, automation, and materials handling. Our products are shipped to 50+ countries, and while we're still a relatively small team, our ambitions are anything but small.

  • Coordinate shipments, freight forwarders, and resolve logistics challenges.
  • Develop warehouse processes to optimise daily operations.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for raw materials and components.
  • Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, and Fulfilment teams.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage our warehouse crew.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years' experience in supply chain or warehouse management (manufacturing background preferred).
  • Strong ERP skills (NetSuite highly regarded).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
  • A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working independently and collaboratively.
  • Great communication skills and proven leadership ability.

What we offer

  • A full-time role (Monday–Friday).
  • A supportive, collaborative team culture.
