**The Role**
This role has responsibility for deliverables including:

- Management of stakeholder relations with strategic industry partners, including coordination of scheduled and ad-hoc stakeholder engagement with industry partners;
- Financial analysis and reporting against performance KPIs for Strategic Contracts;
- Pricing investigation, evaluation, verification and validation of Value for Money for Directorate;
- Managing and delivering reporting and associated analysis on contract performance against various metrics;
- Identifying potential issues and developing and executing mitigation / resolution of potential and actual issues with relevant stakeholders;
- Managing performance-based assurance activities across a Strategic Contract Framework; and
- Preparing briefings for management on the health of industry partnerships including identifying areas for improvement and how they can be contractually executed.

**About our Team**
Fuel Capability Branch's (FCB) has responsibility for operating, maintaining, governing, enhancing and sustaining the Defence Fuel Supply Chain (DFSC) across Australia and globally. As part of Joint Logistics Command, we are responsible for end to end Defence fuel capability.

This includes:

- Fuel supply;
- Strategic asset management;
- Engineering services;
- Key strategic projects outlined in the National Defence Strategy;
- Fuel and fuel infrastructure specifications standards;
- Product procurement;
- Support the transition of military capabilities to renewable energies;
- Fuel capability; and
- The DFSC and the Defence Fuel Network (DFN).
