Korn Ferry RPO has partnered with Westpac Banking Corporation to manage their talent acquisition function for all Permanent and FTC recruitment nationally. The RPO Talent Acquisition solution is the largest in Australia, with teams located across Sydney and Melbourne. The Managed Search team is a specialist team within the RPO focused on senior leadership recruitment across all divisions of Westpac.

As an Executive Recruiter, you will establish key partnerships with Executive Stakeholders to support hiring at the senior leadership level. With a consultative approach, you will provide high touch and expert recruitment advice to the senior leadership team to drive conversations and positive business outcomes. Working in partnership with dedicated talent sourcing function, this true client management role will see you provide exceptional recruitment advice to deliver superior talent outcomes.

With a focus on delivering an exceptional experience to Senior Leaders across Westpac, you will be provided with access to the latest technologies, tools and Korn Ferry IP so that you are well-equipped to deliver the best outcomes.

This is a permanent opportunity based in Sydney, with the flexibility to work from a combination of home, our client site and Korn Ferry’s CBD offices.

**About you**

With a demonstrated background in Executive level recruitment, either from an in-house Talent Acquisition Executive Recruitment team or an Executive Search firm, you will have strong functional expertise in Technology, Digital or Data & Analytics. You will create an immediate impact with your hiring managers, demonstrating accountability and understanding that stakeholder engagement is the key to a successful recruitment solution.
