**Your new role**
- Respond in a timely manner to a complex variety of patient enquiries through the provision of accurate and thorough information
- Deliver and manage the patient on-boarding process including patient registration, ensuring all patient information is compliant with policy and compliance obligations
- Booking appointments, appointment reminders, following up referrals, liaising with clinic doctors, booking interpreting services
- Maintain strong relationships and communication with medical, nursing, scientific and administration staff

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration
- Attention to detail as you will be dealing with medical records
- Extreme high priority of patient confidentiality
- To be able to work in a team environment
- Highly organised
