**Your new role**

As a Patient Liaison Manager you are responsible for providing a pleasing environment for patients by:

- Managing the front desk and directing enquiries accordingly
- Maintaining a computerised patient management system by scheduling patients appointments / generating accurate invoices
- Some EA tasks such as travel bookings, assisting with adhoc projects
- Following billing guidelines and demonstrating an understanding of Medicare rebates and billing codes
- Be confident and dedicated to patient care with the ability to assist with recommended treatment plans

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 1-2 years reception / admin experience in a healthcare setting
- MBS billing experience highly desirable
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
