**About The role**

A Medical Liaison Officer bridges the gap between Lumus Imaging and healthcare professionals in the capacity of a relationship Manager. This role is responsible for delivering revenue growth and promoting the services of Lumus Imaging within the Central West of NSW.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be the primary contact for GPs, Specialists and other health professionals for Lumus Imaging.
- Manage current referrer relationships, whilst building relationships with new referrers & identifying opportunities.
- Act as the first point of contact for referrer matters with a customer-focused attitude.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan and deliver revenue on growth strategies and budget expectations.
- Maintain ongoing competitor and market analysis.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of educational events and marketing materials for healthcare professionals.

**Role Competencies Essential**
- Current Drivers Licence & own vehicle is essential, this role requires some regional travel within Dubbo and surrounds.
- Articulate, well presented and professional.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to referring practitioners.

**Role Competencies Desirable**
- Experience with Business, Sales, or Medical Terminology.
- Demonstrated relationship management experience, preferably in healthcare.
