**About the role**:
We are looking for a highly motivated **Digital Account Manager** to join our **Brisbane Digital Sales **Team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital audio revenue through both direct and programmatic transactions utilising Australia’s largest reaching digital audio network ‘**LiSTNR**’. No day looks the same - from organically integrating the biggest brands into the conversations of Hamish & Andy’s podcast through to guiding your clients on the best way to use 1st party data to reach a relevant audience across live digital radio streaming and SoundCloud. Outside of bringing your own unique approach and strategic thinking to each client challenge, the breadth of entertainment-based content you have at your fingertips ensures you are always working on something fun, interesting, and impactful for audiences on a national scale
**What you'll do**:
- Maintain excellent customer service to SCA’s advertisers including Direct, Agency and Programmatic clients
- Maximise digital revenue across all SCA digital products including LiSTNR Streaming and Podcasts, Press Start Gaming, SoundCloud, Sonos Radio & Stitcher
- Develop new digital clients and build retention strategies to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with wider sales teams to develop advertising solutions from brief, response, pitch, implementation, and post-campaign reporting
**Who you are**:
- Experience in media sales, implementation and/or planning with a desire to grow within the industry
- Experience in building and managing media plans and campaigns
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt using a range of styles
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to construct strong sales rationale using data and audience insights
