About the Role As a Product Owner in our Manage My Money Value Stream, you’ll play a key leadership role in creating simpler, smarter 1:1 banking experiences for our customers. This role will enable and inspire the squad to pursue its mission - Engage our customers to drive setup and utilisation of ANZ Plus through personalised nudges, campaigns and lifecycle experiences - by guiding them on "what" work to do. They prioritise work based on delivery of customer value and engage with other Product Owners to align and manage interdependencies. Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours. **Role Type**: Permanent **Role Location**: Docklands, Melbourne **Work Hours**: Full time What could your day look like? **As a Product Owner, you will**: Design and develop customer-centric personalisation and next best action strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders across Value Streams, Marketing and Technology to drive engagement across the customer lifecycle with ANZ Plus Ensure alignment of your initiatives with organisational goals, OKRs and strategic priorities and manage performance of your features Lead the squad to translate strategy into business/technical requirements, resolve dependences and navigate escalations, so that they are able to build, test and implement the vision via the ANZ Plus MarTech stack Identify, articulate and manage risks and compliance across streams of work Maintain a healthy prioritised backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes Manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure that prioritisation is understood and agreed to Contribute to the strategy of the broader Value Stream focused on helping customers to engage with ANZ Plus, better manage their money and grow their financial wellbeing. What's in your toolkit? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Experience leading and fostering a collaborative high-performing team environment and motivating and developing team members Experience in designing and delivering personalised customer engagement programs, nudges and campaigns Experience in designing and delivering data driven experiences via MarTech platforms such as PEGA, Unica and Adobe Leadership of complex program delivery across large-scale programs of work in a complex environment Commercial acumen, experience working closely with risk, legal and product teams Demonstrated experience working closely with senior stakeholders Effective communicator, effectively resolve issues and remove barriers to success Proficiency in effectively prioritising and allocating people and resources based on project priorities and strategic objectives.
