**Key Duties**:

- Assisting the Functions Manager with day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets.
- Assist in coordinating front of house team’s daily operational demands.
- Lead the team to deliver high quality and exceptional customer service
- Lead, mentor and train the food & beverage team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment.
- Organise rosters as per operational requirements.
- Address any elevated guest grievances.

**About You**:

- Previous experience within a large and diverse operation
- Experienced in leading a team, assist management with identifying opportunities for improvement, train and develop staff. Previous experience within a large and diverse operation
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as the business requires, including late finishes, weekend and public holidays.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products.
- Excellent communication skills
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
