With so much activity on the horizon the National Gallery of Victoria are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to help oversee the day-to-day operations in The Tea Room. If you are looking for your next role in an Iconic venue where no two days are the same, then read on.

As a supervisor, you will guide and lead the team throughout their shift, with overall responsibility for staff mentoring, training and morale.

**Key Duties**:

- Assist with organising front of house team in the daily operational demands
- Lead team to deliver high quality and exceptional customer service
- Establish, maintain, and monitor quality customer service practices
- Organise rosters as per operational requirements
- Handle any escalated guest complaints

**About You**:

- Extensive knowledge on High Tea and Silver Service
- Have previous experience in a similar role and are looking to work in a larger operation or a Team Leader ready for their next step
- Have an absolute “can do” attitude.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as the business requires, including late finishes, weekend, and public holidays.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
