We are seeking a **Food & Beverage Supervisor** to join the Commercial team at SEA LIFE Melbourne on a **full time permanent contract.**

**About the Role**

This role will see you leading the Food and Beverage team to drive the café offering at SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium. You will work closely with the Commercial Manager to create, implement and drive operational strategies to exceed guest’s expectations and KPI targets.

This includes:

- Create, drive and implement new and innovative products to improve guest satisfaction and provide growth to the department
- Lead the F&B team in its goal of delivering a world-class offering to our guests
- Assist with the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising of team members. Ensuring all team members are trained in resolving guest concerns, upselling and overall customer service
- Duty management of the attraction on a weekly roster with the other duty managers
- Management of the F&B stocktake and weekly audit to ensure compliance with food hygiene, cleanliness and stock rotation
- Assist with day to day operations where needed including coffee making and food preperation

**About You**

To shine in any of our roles, a passion for travel and tourism is essential. Other criteria include:

- Experience in within a food and beverage outlet
- Whilst supervisor experience is not essential, a desire to build great teams and lead by example is necessary
- Proven ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously is necessary
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fun, dynamic and positive approach to your work
- Cash handling experience is a positive
