Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo #BELIMITLESS" **Job Description**: The Food & Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for the management of Chido Chido Restaurant & Bar during breakfast, lunch and dinner meal periods. Ultimately the role will involve creating an energetic and engaging environment where team members and guests can connect over great food and beverage. The role will offer training and development in order to set you up for future career moves throughout Accor globally. Daily responsibilities will include supervising, training and supporting team members in order to jointly deliver amazing experiences for guests of Chido Chido Restaurant & Bar. Simultaneously, you will be involved in rostering team members, writing policies and procedures along with budgeting and analysing performance. This is the role that will fast track your progression on to a Senior Management role in Food and Beverage. **Qualifications**: - Previous experience within a Food & Beverage Supervisor role; - Effective communication styles; - Previous experience within a hotel would be ideal but not essential and - Current RSA Certificate.
