An opportunity has arisen for a Concierge to join our highly successful Service team at Rothwell.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Greeting guests with genuine warmth, making customers feel comfortable, as well as ensuring the maintenance of the customer lounge area and Service centre front desk.
- Answering all calls into the service centre and managing the service desk administration
- Booking in customer's services
- Ensuring booking schedules maximise efficiency and make sure customers are well informed and up to date on any matters relating to their vehicle

**To be successful, you will need to fulfil the following requirements**
- Previous experience in a concierge/administration role
- Passionate about customer service
- Experience in the automotive industry will be highly regarded
- High level of organisational and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and motivated nature
