Reporting to the Director of Rooms, we are currently recruiting for a **Full Time Concierge Supervisor **to join our Front Office Team.

**Summary**

As an overseer of the porter team, the Concierge Supervisor focuses on providing heightened and memorable experiences for our guests while working to ensure 100% guest satisfaction throughout all aspects of the guests stay. In this position, you will work to effectively streamline the inner workings of the porterage team through a fast paced, rewarding environment.

This varied and dynamic role provides a chance to further develop your professional concierge career within an international company.

**As Concierge Supervisor, you will**:

- Work to develop and lead the concierge team to provide an exceptional guest service experience
- Lead by example and develop a structured onboarding and training experience for porter team members
- Ensure all guest queries, requests and needs are resolved in a timely and proficient manner
- Provide operational support and supervision on shift with the ability to handle all guest queries and complaints effectively
- Proactively maintaining up-to-date knowledge on all cultural events within the Hotel, Brisbane City and surroundings
- Previous hotel experience as a Porter / Concierge or Concierge Supervisor
- Hold a **current open drivers’ license** _(manual highly regarded)_
- Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and colleagues
- High level of grooming and personal presentation
- High level of both written and verbal communication
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
