Are you a friendly, customer-focused individual with a passion for providing exceptional service? **Keystar Morayfield** is looking for a dynamic Concierge to be the welcoming face of our dealership for our valued customers
As our Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and top-notch service. Your role will be crucial in maintaining Keystar's reputation as the most customer-centric automotive retailer in Morayfield.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warm Greetings**: Welcome customers, guests, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- **Showroom Presentation**: Maintain a well-presented showroom and display stock.
- **Diary Management**: Assist with Sales Consultant diary management, including lead allocation and follow-up coordination.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide essential administrative support to the sales team.
- **Customer Needs**: Identify and address customers' initial needs promptly and efficiently.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Customer Service Excellence**: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
- **Professional Appearance**: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
