We’re seeking an Administration Assistant who enjoys working in a collaborative, close-knit environment, to support our location manager and branch.

**What will a typical day look like?**
- Prepare corresondence for leadership team members and liaise with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Reconcile and process corporate expense claims, invoices, and requisitions.
- Provide general administrative support, ensuring a smooth flow of communication across business units.Support with general adhoc duties, booking catering and coordinating celebratory events.

- Previous administrative experience, including support for multiple team members, in a busy office environment.
- The ability to prioritise tasks, problem-solve and manage multiple deadlines
- Be a good communicator (both written and verbal) with high attention to detail and demonstrated time management skillsProficient with various workplace software systems including Microsoft Office suite
- **Where will you be located?**

This role will be based at our modern, light-filled offices at Simplicity Funerals Glenorchy, close to shops, and public transport.
This role requires you to work on a part time basis, either 4 or 5 days a week in the office, where you’ll be supported by a collaborative, friendly manager.
