Receptionist/accounts Admin Assistant

Enth Degree Projects in Moorebank NSW, is looking for an enthusiastic, well organized, Receptionist & Accounts Admin Support Officer to join our team.
This role is a Permanent Fulltime position, 8.30am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Excel & Word is also a must, with any experience in MYOB or basic accounts administration including receipting highly desirable.
The successful applicant must demonstrate the following competencies on a day-to-day basis, but not limited to:
- Receptionist -front desk and telephone management.
- Possessing a professional and friendly telephone manner is fundamental to this role, as is the ability to effectively manage clients & courier bookings.
- Accounts & Admin functions including job coding and receipting of dockets, attending to purchase order to delivery docket matching & data entry.
- General administration duties including but not limited to, assisting with payroll, filing, scanning, archiving, and office amenities/stationary orders.
