We have an opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Real Estate Agency in Narellan.

Our office is looking for someone who has great attention to detail, great communication skills and is self motivated. You will require the following attributes to be successful in this position:

As part of our sales support team, you will be joining our existing office manager and field supporter - so you’ll have a wealth of knowledge to lean into.

Some of the tasks within the role include:

- Handling of incoming telephone calls
- Processing of outgoing mail
- Accurate data entry
- Collating and assigning of agency marketing
- Assist Sales Team as required
- General office tasks as required

The right person will be located in Narellan. Training will be at our Moorebank office.

An immediate start is available.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
