**Medical receptionist**

We are a family owned medical practice, driven and committed to provide the highest quality of care to the local community. We are seeking to add an enthusiastic and dynamic Receptionist to our team.

This will be a full-time/ part-time/casual position and the remuneration package is negotiable depending on skills and experience.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and assisting patients
- Scheduling of appointments
- Collecting and processing payments
- Liaising with other health professionals and hospitals
- Stock management
- Data entry
- Answering phone
- Be punctual
- scanning
- allied Health billing
- Medicare, workers compensation & private billing
- Time Management skills
- Opening and or closing of practice

To be successful it is preferred that the applicant has:

- good receptionist experience, preferredly some experience working in general practice
- Excellent organisational and communication skills

Part-time/Full-time hours: up to 38 hours per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $44,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Work Location: One location
