**Location**: Moorebank
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Work Hours**: 10-6pm (preferred)
**Responsibilities**:
1. Front Desk tasks:
- Greet and welcome clients and their families in a warm and friendly manner
- Efficiently handle incoming calls
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
2. Appointment Scheduling:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the appointment system
- Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding appointment details and reminders
3. Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with the reception team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with allied health terminology and clinic operations (preferable).
- Experience with NDIS and Medicare claims (preferable).
- Experience with the use of Power Diary or similar (client management software)
- Compassionate and client-focused attitude, especially when dealing with children.

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

- NDIS: 1 year (preferred)
