An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Procurement Officer to join our team of six, who work collaboratively to lead and coordinate the state-wide Procurement services for the NSW RFS agency.
**Our primary functions are to**:
- Provide advice and support to members on procurement matters, processes and activities across the full Procurement Management Life Cycle
- Establish and maintain fit for purpose and streamlined procurement systems and processes that allow members to have timely access to equipment and supplies and is compliant with NSW Government policies
- Management of procurement contracts and supplier activities, as well as risk management and mitigation activities across all procurement activities
- Procurement reporting and analytics
- Procurement training and support
**Your role**
As the first point of contact for the team, your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and support to our members (staff and volunteers) on SAP and Coupa procurement systems, purchasing and asset disposal policies & procedures, and assisting internal clients with the souring of goods, services and pricing to meet their specific requirements.
