Are you a detail-oriented problem-solver who knows how to facilitate different stages of a process and has some level of Procurement experience or knowledge?

We're looking for Procurement Officers, where you'll gain hands-on experience in procurement, playing a key part in achieving the best value for money while maintaining excellent supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the procurement team in preparing, reviewing and processing tender documents.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage procurement needs.
  • Maintain procurement and contract records and documentation in relevant systems.
  • Ensure all procurement activities meet organisations policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business, law, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • A keen interest in developing a procurement career.
