**Recruitment Coordinator - Volunteer division of Uniting - Full Time Permanent position based in Parramatta CBD.**

**Hybrid model 3 days on site and 2 days wfh.**

**About the Opportunity**:
As a person-centered Recruiter you'll be working within our amazing **_Volunteering_**division, joining an inspiring and inspirational team who are proudly passionate about Uniting's volunteer experience. The Focus of this awesome role is to manage the end to end recruitment process of Uniting's volunteers.

**What you'll be doing in this role**:

- You'll manage volunteer enquiries, engaging and establishing strong connections with the aim to connect them to the best volunteering opportunity, as you support and nurture their first steps as a volunteer with Uniting.
- Work closely with local services and programs across NSW and ACT, to develop stakeholder capabilities by connecting the community and its volunteers, to health and community services.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Qualification in a relevant field OR equivalent experience
- Recruitment experience preferred, OR strong administrative experience (experience using PageUp will be highly regarded)
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills. Superb interpersonal skills, you are highly service oriented, and you enjoy networking
- Solid MS computer skills, with great attention to detail
