We are looking for a skilled and experienced recruiter to join our team and recruit a variety of both volume and specialist roles across Sydney. These roles include our frontline staff and management in the disability sector.

Sitting within the wider HR Team, in recruitment we pride ourselves on partnering with stakeholders to get a holistic understanding of their teams & customers and then drive a range of recruitment solutions that add value.

This roles spans the entire recruitment journey and includes;
- Liaising with hiring managers to work out vacancy numbers and role requirements.
- Formulating recruitment campaigns that include writing attractive, accurate and successful job ads, events such as graduate programs & careers expos.
- Coordinating interviews and receiving feed-back.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement projects and initiatives.

- Organised - someone who enjoys planning and meeting multiple deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of attention to detail.

**Covid Vaccination Status**
