Allied Health Manager

Salary $118,000 - $138,000 per year + Super + $10,000 annual PD Budget + Secure Parking

In this exciting and evolving role, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary, high functioning, collaborative team who deliver fun, engaging and meaningful therapy to NDIS participants. Backed by highly supportive Managing Directors with significant Disability and NDIS knowledge, you will be responsible for all aspects of the business:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of our two clinics - able to step in and manage the changing requirements on any given day eg supervising clinical team, responding to feedback and complaints; conducting team meetings; managing the budget etc.
- Financial acumen with the ability to analyse financial reports and implement solutions to drive strong performance
- Drive organisational performance to meet and exceed business requirements and KPIs, such as participant satisfaction; staff engagement; billable hours
- Understand, maintain and continue to build a strong participant base and network of referrers
- Lead a team of allied health therapists, allied health assistants and business support
- Maintain a level of your own therapy case load (0.6 FTE)
- Support the strategic direction of the organisation

As an experienced manager of allied health teams, you will use your infectious enthusiasm and love for what you do to support, mentor and develop a team of multidisciplinary therapists and recent graduates

Able to work autonomously and make decisions, you will be a skilled leader with strength and resilience to manage the complexity of multiple, and often competing tasks and priorities, along with exceptional communication skills to guide your team through change and growth

Ideally you have worked in a NDIS Allied Health environment - familiar and comfortable with working to KPIs

Experience in working with children and adults with disability. You will have the appropriate professional registrations (Speech or OT), Working with children check, First Aid, Driver's Licence & NDIS Worker Screening Check
