**The Role**

**This will see you**:

- Oversee the seamless delivery of food and beverage services to patients, staff and visitors
- Ensure a high standard of quality and cleanliness through all areas of the hospitals including linen and waste management
- Management of the onsite Café at both facilities
- Actively manage and oversee the use of stock and equipment
- Manage and monitor recruitment, selection, appointment and retention of skilled staff
- Uphold and enforce strict hygiene, infection control and OH&S standards
- Support, lead and inspire your team to achieve excellence

An essential requirement of this role is to work out of both sites and be able to travel between the two facilities as needed.

**About You**

To thrive in this role, you will leverage your past experience and expertise in team leadership, excelling in performance management, training, motivation and team well-being. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enable you to effectively manage stakeholder relationships at all levels. Managers with a background in large group or regional staff management would be well suited for this opportunity.

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Degree or Diploma in Catering / Hospitality or Management, or extensive Management experience to a similar level
- Experience in a Hospitality Management position within a hospital/health care or similar environment. Applications with experience managing large or regional groups will be highly regarded.
- Ability to initiate and implement quality programs
- Computer literacy with rostering experience
- Understanding of Infection Control and Occupational Health and Safety principles
- Proven experience in successfully managing budget and work hours

**Requirements**:
