The role

Are you passionate about nurturing emerging talent? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where you can help shape exceptional early career programs? We're seeking a proactive and organised Coordinator, Early Careers Programs to join our team and play a key role in supporting graduate, traineeship, apprenticeship and student planner programs.

You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless and enriching experience for candidates. You will actively support annual event planning, logistics, and project facilitation through diligent resource coordination and stakeholder engagement. Our team will depend on you for maintaining meticulous records, contracts, and essential documentation to uphold compliance with administrative policies and standards, ensuring every detail is accurately managed and all processes run smoothly.

Key knowledge and experience

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role or related field will be highly regarded.
  • Highly experienced in utilising MS Suite, SharePoint, and other administrative support applications, or in a role where these tools formed a significant part of daily responsibilities.
