**About the Opportunity**:
As the Associate Operations Analyst, you will join the team and master the use of data to provide insight, and change the way we operate the delivery business. As part of this role you must identify and maintain all operating systems, identify critical issues before they arise, and make system changes to enhance a better outcome for the operations team and our customers.

**A day in the life of an Associate Operations Analyst**:

- Own the Supply Chain team commercial scorecard. Develop daily, weekly and monthly reporting & insights across team, carrier, and customer outcomes.
- Influence positive outcomes through communicating analytical insights to key stakeholders
- Partner with the All Brands and develop strategic analysis to identify further growth opportunities and customer options
- Understand and communicate volume forecasts, actual volume performance and impact across delivery operations and langtons.
- Partner with the Supply Chain Finance team and contribute to budget commentary.
- Proactively identify initiatives and work with the business operational managers to build strategies to fuel growth in Endeavour Ecomm operations.
- Actively participate and contribute to the Endeavour Drinks analytics guild and leverage best practice reporting and automation principles.
- Be a Team Player within the Supply Chain team, share experiences, grow relationships, and find opportunities to explore synergies.
- Provide transformational insight and recommendation to change the way standard delivery operates
- Maintain all safety and operational reporting in line with COR compliance.
- Optimise operating systems to achieve the best possible customer outcome.
- Create automating reporting Power Bi / Tableau utilising the database and SQL code.
- Provide operational insight to streamline the Langtons picking process.
- Maintain all operating systems to achieve the best financial and customer outcomes on a consistent basis.
- Execute and coordinate all ECF system updates when a store process or location request is made.
- Provide data insight and recommendations to improve performance for all 3PL providers.
- Maintain and monitor all operational metrics DIFOT -FADS - Exception reporting.
- Record and monitor drivers and carrier RSA results
- Create a centralised database to manage the fleet lease vehicles including KM usage and lease duration.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- 3 years+ relevant experience
- Proficient with MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Proficient with MS Powerpoint/Google Slides
- G Suite tools
- Operating System configuration -Eden -ECF
- SQL - Building queries extracting data from Databases
