**We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning Operation Analyst to join the **Nespresso **Finance team located in North Sydney.
**We are looking for a passionate Financial Planning Operation Analyst **who
**You will be required to business partnering with Head of Customer Care and & Services, and his direct reports to provide critical insights and influence Commercial outcomes. To succeed in this position, you will demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency, problem solving, and resourcefulness, with a deep commitment to the bottom line without compromising quality.
**Key requirements include;**
- **Qualification in accounting or equivalent**:

- **CPA qualification**:

- **Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
**Addition to this; Strong time management and organisational skills, cross-functional stakeholder management & strong technical and analytical skills, communication skills, a commercially focused mindset & critical thinking and reflection abilities will set you apart from the rest.**

**Your main responsibilities will include:
- **Take responsibility for accurate and completeness of month end financial reporting. Understand the key variances between actual and forecast, and proactively communicate and follow up on key issues with managers and business.**:

- **Manage monthly operation cost forecast to ensure all aspects of operations are financially modelled, evaluated, and accurately reflected in budget and adhere to agreed assumptions**:

- **Provide a link between finance and operational functions**:

- **Undertake financial analysis of operational strategies to ensure efficient utilisation of resources, identifying opportunities to improve financial result.**:

- **Assist functional managers in identifying opportunities for cost savings, fostering a mentality of ""challenging the usual"" to optimise investment**:

- **Support decision making through providing on time, accurate and insightful analysis to management**:

- **Provide robust financial modelling to support business cases and new initiatives within the departments
