Marketing Coordinator - ANZ
to join the
Commercial Team
of our System Business Group
in Sydney
, reporting to the B2B Marketing Manager - SYS BG.

As the B2B Marketing Coordinator - ANZ, you will support the B2B marketing strategy and execution through various marketing channels and activities. From impactful events and partner collaborations to dynamic campaigns and engaging brand activities, you will help deliver marketing initiatives that strengthen our presence in the ANZ market.

Key aspects of the role are including but not limited to:

  • Work closely with and support the B2B Marketing Team and the wider Commercial Team with BTL Marketing needs;
  • Support the end-to-end execution of events - from large industry/trade expos to exciting ASUS-led activations;
  • Organise and manage branded merchandise;
  • Collate campaign results & proof-of-execution to support invoice processing and vendor funding claims;
  • Assist with the upkeep and development of collateral and internal tools, including Partner Alliance and public website.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing / Communication
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a Marketing role
  • Excellent writing & communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & G-suite
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn
  • Highly organised with the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Able to multitask and thrive under pressure
  • Confident in communicating effectively and building positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident with unlimited working rights within Australia, no overseas applicants.
