Are you ready to lead a dynamic team of claims administration experts and make a significant impact in the Workers Compensation industry? As our Claims Admin Team Manager, you will be at the forefront of providing top-tier claims administration services to internal claims teams, injured workers, and employers. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team to success through effective workflow and people management, specifically for entry-level claims administration team members.
At Gallagher Bassett (GB), our Claims Admin branch is dedicated to providing administrative support to the broader Claims Management team, ensuring the efficient processing of Workers Compensation claims. As a Team Manager, you will directly influence your team's daily operations, upskill and mentor your team members, and implement innovative strategies to continuously enhance our Claims Admin function.

Workflow Management**: Oversee your team's daily workflow to ensure efficient output and maintain high customer service standards.
- ** Leadership and Coaching**: Provide engaging leadership, coaching, and feedback on technical, business, and performance-related issues, specifically with entry-level administrative staff.
- ** Skill Development**: Collaborate with the Branch Manager to identify skill gaps and assist in upskilling your team.
- ** Team Morale**: Foster a team-oriented culture focused on achievement and service excellence.
- ** Mentorship**: Encourage creativity and continuous improvement through mentoring and coaching.
- ** Service Improvement**: Identify areas for improvement in Claims Admin services and implement strategies to meet business and WorkSafe requirements.
**About you**:
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **
Leadership Experience**: Proven experience in a People Manager role with outstanding leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, particularly of entry-level team members.
- ** Industry Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of Workers Compensation legislation and the Claims Admin process will be ideal.
- ** Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff and external parties.
- ** Collaboration**: Experience with partnering with internal stakeholders to determine how to best support various areas of the business.
- ** Time Management**: Exceptional time management skills.
- ** Qualifications**: Role-related or industry-specific tertiary qualifications.
