Overview
Seeking an experienced, organised Administrator with a high attention to detail, looking to progress into a Finance Admin role.
Join our team as an Admin; you’ll work closely with the Property Management department, getting hands-on with finance tasks that keep everything running like clockwork. Reporting directly to our Finance Department Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic environment where you'll learn on the job and grow your admin skills into financial expertise.
Responsibilities
- Undertake preparation of daily banking (and posting)
- Processing of New Leases
- Setting up of New Managements
- RTBA bond lodgment payments
- Liaise with and assist other staff members in the Finance team as required to ensure all work is completed accurately and within given timeframes
- Undertake other duties as required ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and within a timely manner with a professional and ethical approach
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administration
- Computer literacy
- Quick learner with ability to grasp new computer programs
- Proven high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be proactive, self-starter and strong time management skills
- After training, you will be given a lot of autonomy to plan your day as you see fit, so must have the ability to work with minimal supervision
