
Admin Manager

The Admin Manager will oversee and manage the full spectrum of administrative operations to ensure the smooth functioning of Envision Energy's Australian business. The role covers office management, vendor and landlord coordination, procurement support, IT and travel administration, and organizational support for business functions and events. The Admin Manager will also support other corporate functions such as HR and the Project teams from an administrative perspective, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Approvals
- Manage PRPO (Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order) processing and approvals.
- Coordinate consultant engagement approvals in line with company policies.
- Liaise with Procurement to ensure proper vendor management and compliance.
Administration & Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including landlord interactions, facilities, stationery, and supplies.
- Coordinate IT support with HQ/Regional teams, including arranging computers, system access, and access cards for employees.
Travel & Event Support
- Manage travel bookings (flights, accommodation, logistics) for employees and project teams.
- Act as function coordinator for exhibitions, conferences, and other corporate events.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for business meetings, training sessions, and team activities.
Employee & Project Support
- Assist HR with onsite onboarding, office orientation, and workplace health & safety compliance.
- Support project development and construction teams with administrative and logistical needs.
- Ensure smooth coordination between office-based and site-based employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in administration management, ideally within multinational companies, energy, or project-driven industries.
- Strong knowledge of Australian administrative practices, vendor management, and workplace compliance.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) strongly preferred to facilitate coordination with global and regional teams.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP or procurement/administrative systems is an advantage.
