We have partnered with an industry leader seeking a Desktop Support Team Leader to manage a small team of Level 2 Desktop Support professionals. You will be a customer focussed and will have excellent relationship building, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and a friendly and engaging demeanor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily management of your team
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Providing regular reporting to senior management to make sure the systems are running to their expectations and liaising with vendors and service providers to ensure that systems perform optimally

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Demonstrated leadership experience of a Desktop Support team
- Excellent verbal and written communication and timekeeping skills
- You will bring strong practical experience with regard to implementing, maintaining, and supporting IT infrastructure
- Good verbal and written communication, including technical documentation skills

To be considered for this position you must possess a driver’s license and the ability to work full-time in Australia without restrictions.
