**About the role**:

- The Paid Media Specialist will lead the roll out of campaigns related to the businesses suite of products and channels
- They will be responsible for managing the digital strategy, implementation, and measurement of campaigns across product portfolio.
- They will also work with stakeholders to identify and test data enhancements and audience segmentation initiatives.
- Work with Meta and Google Analytics platforms and conduct competitor analysis
- Stay on top of the latest platform updates and trends

**About you**:

- You should have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign planning, monitoring, and optimisation.
- You should have a strong understanding of performance marketing in addition to experience in paid search and paid social.
- You should be proficient in tech platforms such as the Google stack (SA360, DV360, CM360), Facebook Ads Manager, and Adobe Advertising Cloud.
- You should have excellent optimisational abilities, attention to detail, and project management skills.
- You should be able to think independently and initiate suggestions for improvement.
- You should have strong written and verbal communication skills.
