Our client is a leading pureplay Ecommerce company that specialises in decor/homewares and is well regarded due to their quality products, along with aspirational designs. They are on a global growth journey with an expanding product offering, so a really exciting time in their business.

Reporting to the Marketing Lead, the Social Media Specialist will drive and execute their social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn.

Your ability to connect with the relevant audiences and adapt the tone of voice to drive engagement, interaction, drive traffic online and conversion will be critical within this role.

Key responsibilities include:

- Create engaging and creative content for all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Ensure all platforms and content adhere to the brand guidelines
- Work with the wider content team to promote product launches, sales, editorial features, and brand messaging in line with our content calendar
- Write engaging copy with the brands tone of voice
- Report and analyse the effectiveness of social media performance to identify opportunities and trends
- Stay up to date with best practices for social media and new platforms

To be successful within this role, you will have:

- Skills in design (Photoshop knowledge essential)
- Enthusiasm for production, scheduling and creating best-in-class social media content
- A keen interest in new and emerging platforms
- 2 years experience in a similar social media role within B2C
- Understanding of social media KPIs, web metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
