**Social Media Specialist**
- initial 6 month contract with view to move to permanent
- Hybrid working environment
- Exciting role in skin care and beauty sector

Working within a rapidly growing Australian owned skincare business, we are seeking a passionate Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for developing the social media strategy and work with creatives to deliver and execute the plan across all relevant channels.

As part of a collaborative and engaged team with decades of experience in the pharmaceutical, health and beauty sectors, you will be instrumental in new customer acquisition for this business undergoing exciting growth and launch of new products.

**Responsibilities include**:
Social Media
- Ideate and plan social media content strategy in collaboration with the executive team
- Map quarterly content schedule for promotions, events, seasonal and sales events
- Set up and optimise paid and organic social media campaigns
- Reporting on the effectiveness of social media activity

Website Management
- Working with Shopify website you will be responsible for updating content and monitor website updates
- SEO management, ensure keywords are optimised
- Manage Paid Advertising budget and performance including regular reporting of analytics

**Essential skills and experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist
- Proven record in developing a comprehensive social strategy including paid and organic search
- Demonstrated experience working within the beauty, skincare and wellness sector in digital marketing role
- Website management and content updating experience
- Strong Google Analytics skills including reporting and insights
- Proven social media content creation and copywriting experience
- Creativity
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Be able to show a dedicated passion for beauty and skincare products
