**the role**:
We’re looking for someone who has a genuine passion for digital media and makes it their business to achieve the best possible result for clients. You're that skilled specialist, who lives and breathes all things digital media.

You'll have strong client relationship skills, a proven track record of leading paid performance, driving social media campaigns and ROAS amongst other metrics, and also experience at managing junior teams of at least one team member.

**the experience**:

- 2-3 years agency experience is beneficial
- Experience with driving customised creative for each digital channel
- Strong skills in analysing campaign performance and developing strong insights for future growth
- Strong experience working across multiple digital mediums, including paid social, Google Analytics and performance reporting

**the package**:

- Salary range $75,000 - $90,000 (inc. Super) based on experience
