**Here’s a sneak peek into what you’ll spend your time doing**:
The Solution Specialist is a vital role for MOQdigital. You will be part of the team responsible for the innovative solution design of MOQdigital’s core focus on recurring services. You will be involved in scoping, pricing and designing of innovative, profitable solutions aligning with our go to market strategy.

You will collaborate with Bid Teams, Technical Solution Specialists, Technical Leads and Account Managers on client proposals, tender responses and pre-sales customer presentations. You will also contribute and drive improvements to the go to market strategy, positioning and collateral. You will also work together with the sales and customer success teams to develop and refine scope of services and service level agreements.

**What we’re looking for in our next awesome human**:

- Ideally you could be someone with a technical background, perhaps from Service Delivery or Engineering, with solid commercial acumen and now looking to move into the presales/solutions world.
- Exceptional written, oral presentation and documentation skills are essential to be successful in this role. You’ll need to be comfortable influencing at C-Level and coordinating highly technical people.
- Resiliency is key, you’ll work across ever changing and often vague landscapes, you’ll need to have high energy to pivot as required.
- Experience in preparing RFPs, bids, pricing and working in Managed Services Sales will be highly regarded.
- You’re an awesome human, who also enjoys having a good time; you’ll be joining a close-knit team who support each other immensely.
- You have a thirst for learning and get excited by new and innovative technology.
- You’ll be comfortable with some interstate travel from time to time.
- We require Australian Working Rights for this position.
- Due to our ISO27001 Compliance we require all staff to have a clean criminal record, we will facilitate a police check upon acceptance of an offer.
