The Role

We are seeking a Digital Process Automation (DPA) Solution Specialist to grow our presence in select high-growth focus accounts in Australia. Solution Specialists are trusted advisors with strategic and tactical management experience. In this role, you will lead solutioning conversations with customers and key accounts, manage our GTM offerings, develop mindshare and expand our stakeholder footprint. The individual will work with, and leverage, our consulting, advisory, technology CoE and solution delivery teams.

The DPA Solution Specialist role will be a part of the Integration and Process Management (IPM) practice, which focuses on providing Enterprise Integration and Process Automation and Orchestration solutions to enterprises globally. It is one of the largest services practices in the industry, and a key pillar of our Enterprise Platform services.

In this DPA Solutions Specialist role, you can expect to:

- Craft service offerings and provide thought leadership in the Process Automation and Orchestration domain
- Manage relationships with account and sales stakeholders (internal and external)
- Support in identifying opportunities and making proactive client proposals in line with account strategy.
- Extensive experience of having worked with at least one of the leading platforms in the segment such as Pega, Appian, Outsystems, Unqork
- A good understanding of the market trends, pivotal shifts, and opportunities
- An understanding of Architecture and Development processes
- Experience supporting account teams and building collaborative relationships with external and internal partners
- Business acumen, communication skills, and drive for results
- Cross-functional IT experience, including IT consulting, IT business systems analysis, business process re-engineering, and development and implementation of large-scale systems.
