As the Marketing Assistant at MUJI Store Support Service, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department and contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing the monthly implementation of POP materials
Creating accurate and timely basic POP materials such as price promotions
Updating in-store digital screen content to reflect planned activities
Assisting the Digital Marketing Specialist with social media, eDM content creation and social media community management
Assisting the Marketing & PR Manager on any ad hoc marketing projects such as retail promotions and events
Collaborating with the finance team to ensure marketing expenses are accurately tracked and lodged in a timely manner

**Skills and Experiences**:
Tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing, and retail experience is preferred
Demonstrable experience with social media coordination, including video and still content creation, posting and community management
Basic knowledge on Adobe creative suites (Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Canva is advantageous
Proficiency with MAC operating systems
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail skills, with an ability to effectively solve problems
