**About the Role**:
In this position, you will be a part of our Online Support team as you will be assisting in the maintenance and running of our booming Vinnies eBay store You will be responsible for sorting and listing various donated items on our eBay inventory and setting up them for sale.

This role includes, sorting, product selection, listing, photography, postage and any other task that is required to ensure that customer satisfaction and budgeted sales are achieved whilst managing the business in a manner that supports market place best practice.

You must be able to analyse sales, product trends and pricing against budget and merchandise plans.

You will be part of a newly expanding team that are outcomes focused and fast paced.

You will be carefully selecting the various donated goods that Vinnies Victoria receives on a regular basis and helping them go to into another home.

You will be able to manage multiple tasks at the one time and respond to change when needed.

You must understand the online landscape and what is available to you to support strong sales and stock management.

You are a flexible and positive worker who enjoys hands-on-work and can tackle any job with enthusiasm

You must be able to work in a team environment.

You will have experience working in online retail and have a strong understanding of all online sales functions and requirements.

You understand effective online selling techniques including the use of key words, categories and how to research products.
