**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide product advice, pricing, and order support
- Process and follow up on online orders and returns
- Coordinate with our warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely dispatch
- Perform general office administration and data entry
- Assist with sales follow-ups and inventory updates
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with prompt and professional service
- Assist with the creation and enrichment of our online store

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service, admin, or sales (preferred)

- Customer Service : 1 year (preferred)
