Long standing Kedron Based Accounting Practice looking for Permanent Full-Time Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist. We are looking for a self-motivated & energetic person to join our friendly team and be the face of our business. Immediate start available.

Would consider Permanent Part-time 4 days per week.

**Responsibilities**

Answer& Direct Phone Calls

Make appointments for Accountants

Client contact

Invoicing & Debtors (MYOB)

General Office Management

**Skills**

Strong interpersonal, customer service & communication skills

Ability to maintain a positive attitude and multitask

Good organisational skills

Proficient in Microsoft office Suite

Work Unsupervised

Handle multiple software programs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $64,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
