This position will be based in Kedron, Brisbane with optional hybrid working conditions and offered on a full time, temporary basis with the view to be made permanent.

This highly engaged finance team are seeking an energetic and resilient Accounts Payable Administrator to complement their tightknit team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven individual who will thrive in an everchanging and fast paced environment.

**About the role**:

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders efficiently and effectively.
- Set up of new suppliers and maintain and strengthen account relationships with suppliers.
- Checking and data entry of invoices and credit notes, including cost allocation.
- AP inbox management and distribution of remittance advices.
- Assist with the processing of payments to suppliers.
- Assist in maintaining the filing system for invoices, statements and supporting documentation.
- Improve and develop systems, processes, and procedures.
- Processing invoices in the AP Automation system.
- Assist with the running of the weekly payment run to bank in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ad hoc administration duties to support the AP team and wider finance team.

**About you**:

- Minimum of 5 + years’ Accounts Payable experience in a **multi-site and high-volume** environment.
- You will have a large ERP exposure, JDEdwards is advantageous but not mandatory.
- You have managed a **high volume** of invoices.
- Strong team player and can provide a high level of service and support.
- Strong problem-solving skills with **a high level of attention to detail**:

- You have strong Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- You have a positive and proactive approach; you thrive off supporting your teammates
