An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Financial Planner to join a national well established Financial Planning, Mortgage Broking and Accounting practice. Our client pride themselves on their great culture and work life balance. Their Southport office is experiencing growth and looking for a Financial Adviser to service their existing client base. They have an excess of warm leads they are looking for someone to convert and engage with. If you are looking for a role that incentivises and remunerates for hard work and high performance, this is the position for you.

This will be the ideal role for you if you have experience working across holistic advice; insurance, superannuation, SMSF and investments. Our clients have an excess of leads that have not been tapped into and this is the role for you if you enjoy building new and forming long-term relationships

**The Role**:

- Meet and develop relationships with existing clients to provide strategic and quality advice
- Identify opportunities and provide holistic advice to clients with a range of wealth needs
- Provide quality advice for clients on complex decisions they need to make regarding their wealth.
- Accurately assess Client's needs, objectives and risk tolerance and formulate an effective financial plan / strategy to meet their needs.
- Comply with legislative and regulatory frameworks
- Genuinely care about client outcomes and provide quality advice
- You must always put the client first

**You Will Need**:

- MUST have 3+ years financial planning experience
- XPLAN experience is essential
- Must meet FASEA educational requirements
- Ability to work independently and bring in new business
