**Your role**
- Do you know how to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively? Do you have in-depth knowledge of processes and controls for developing investment products? Do you have experience in managing multiple stakeholders and delivering projects?
- We’re looking for a Product Manager to:
- Help drive, participate and coordinate in the delivery of projects with a key focus on frameworks, systems & data
- Review and enhance existing processes to ensure alignment with global UBS standards
- Work closely with other product specialists to understand their strategic needs and work to improve the infrastructure and framework related to the product lifecycle
- Work with product teams to manage any key operational risks where strategic solutions are required
- Generate and maintain sources for management information reporting for APAC Products
- Assist with the APAC Products Innovation Forum administration and any key actions and deliverables
- Build trustful and sustainable working relationships with key stakeholders
- Coordinate the annual fund review (Product Lifecycle Management) process and conduct quarterly follow ups for agreed actions

**Your team**
- You will be working in the Products APAC Platform Management team in Sydney. Our team is responsible for overseeing the operational and governance aspects of the product shelf across all our APAC asset management businesses. As a product manager, you will work closely with various other stakeholders such as Client Coverage, Operations, Fund Accounting, Legal and Compliance.

**Your expertise**
- 1-3 years' financial sector experience with a focus on processes, controls and frameworks. Experience in assurance, risk consulting, custody operations or product is well-regarded
- Project management skills and a track record of managing tasks with competing priorities within tight deadlines
- General knowledge of the asset management industry and the legal and regulatory framework of funds domiciled in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Cayman Islands, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Ireland
- Proactive self-starter who has a keen eye for the details
- Collaborative personality, with the ability to complete tasks independently
- Excellent communicator with high standards for client service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or related field
