The Role:

Based in Sydney CBD, we're seeking an experienced Production Coordinator looking to step up or an established Production Manager to take ownership of end-to-end production operations and help drive efficiency across our supply chain. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on planning, problem-solving, and building strong supplier relationships — with the added bonus of being hands-on in a growing, dynamic environment.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the full production lifecycle — from raw material procurement to finished goods.
  • Use NetSuite to plan, track, and optimise production schedules, inventory, and reporting.
  • Oversee capacity planning to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, factories, and logistics teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Monitor stock levels, set reorder points, and ensure accuracy across all orders.
  • Lead communication on quality, variances, and shipment updates.
  • Drive process improvements to streamline workflows.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years' experience in
    production within apparel is a must.
  • Experience within workwear or uniforms highly regarded.
  • Proven NetSuite expertise across production, inventory, and order management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and vendor management.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Must hold unrestricted full-working rights.
